Bill is the California State Manager and Vice President of Asset Preservation, Inc. (API), and a California 1031 exchange expert. He has been with APT for over 23 years and prior to that worked in Commercial Real Estate with Bishop Hawk Commercial Real Estate for 10 years. Not only has he served as President of ACRE (Association of Commercial Real Estate) he is also an affiliate of several AOR’s and has served on the Board of Directors for C.R.E.W. Sacramento.
