Southland Regional Associations of REALTORS® maintains a Multiple Listing Service ("MLS") for the use of licensed real estate Brokers and Salespersons and licensed or certified Appraisers.  As such, SRAR has set in place a set of rules by which all members are required to adhere to.  Please be sure to check the rules often as they are amended from time to time.
