Kim is also a member of “Home Design Council” and the “International Association of Home Staging Professionals”.
It is reported that over 80% of buyers now use the internet to preview home photos before deciding to visit a home! Impressive showing photos not only draw more traffic to your home, but professional home staging has proven to increase buyers’ perception of how much your home is worth – offering up to 10% more than had you not staged, and in as little as 1/3 the time. Plus, staging can be a tax deduction as a cost of selling your home.
