SRAR is excited to be hosting our FIRST "Lunch and Learn" 2024!
“Lunch and Learn” has been around for a while and NEW in 2024 we have added “Lounge and Learn” to the format. In an effort to accommodate ALL our members, near AND far you can now look forward to a NEW format. “Lunch and Learn” will be held NOT ONLY IN LAKE BALBOA but ALSO in SANTA CLARITA and, the ZOOM edition “Lounge and Learn.” “Lunch and Learns” will be presented in alternate sequence highlighting current events, tips on basic marketing trends, agent tools and beyond.
On Friday, February 16th from 12:00pm – 1:00pm in the Lake Balboa, auditorium SRAR will host Rick Morris, President of Morris Appraisal, Inc. as he takes you through the process of getting winning appraisals. He will go over everything from interviewing the appraiser, understanding their comparable selections, value reconsideration, market conditions, preventing low appraisals, ADU’s, and more!
Join us for this informative presentation while enjoying a satisfying lunch provided by your longtime affiliate “Cutco Closing Gifts”, Danny Guerrido and learn creative ways to say thank you to a client while providing them with an outstanding gift they will remember you by.
