 | Please join us for a special event on Monday, November 20, 2023 from 11:00am – 12:30pm as SRAR welcomes Brad Pedersen with the California Department of Veterans Affairs (CalVET).
This is an incredibly special event for SRAR REALTOR® members and their active military or veteran clients looking to purchase a home and discover other services and benefits that are available to them from CalVET.
During this presentation Mr. Pedersen will go over understanding basic VA financing and VA loan assumptions, the California Department of Veteran Affairs loan programs, insurance program, and how to use state programs as a farming tool for veterans. Brad loves his job. Brad has been in the Real Estate industry for over 43 years. He is excited to give you some good news and he has been advocate for veterans benefits many years.
