“The Power of Products, Loan Programs and Strategies” – In this presentation Tammy will cover topics that include a variety of loan programs available, resources for first time homebuyers and less than perfect credit scores, buy down programs and using these loan resources to explore different strategies to compete in the challenging market REALTORS® face today.
Tammy Karaba has over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry. She is a licensed loan officer in both California and Nevada since 1999 and prior to that has been involved in banking since 1986. Being involved in the Marketing Committee at One Trust Home Loans she has been a Real Estate Agent Outreach Liaison Officer for over 4 years. Since her involvement as an affiliate of SRAR since 2014 she has served on the YPN Committee, Events Committee and Affiliates Committee – being awarded in 2022 the Affiliate of the Year Award!
Tammy understands that STRONG relationships with clients is vital to referrals and success, in her industry AND as a Real Estate Agent.
