 | Come to class #9 of 10 in the 2022 C&I educational class series! The last class of the 2022 C&I (Commercial & Investment) Series. What do you need to know about Property Management? Come and learn from Bill Waldman of Waldman Real Estate. Bill will speak to leasing requirements, rent control issues, evictions, trust funds/city inspections/reporting requirements, qualifying tenants, keeping the landlord out of trouble, insurance issues/workman's comp/on-site managers. IMPORTANT: You will receive an auto-response email upon registration, but it will not contain the Zoom link. The Zoom link will be sent the night before the class. Registration ends the night before. New members or those who do not have Add/Edit capabilities - Get your certificate to Enter or Edit listings in the CRISNetMLS Matrix Platform! Learn some important pointers and basic input requirements.
You will be asked at the end of the class, which will be about 1 hour to email your email information so that we may send you the form required for both you and your broker to sign and return. Without your information and without your brokers’ approval YOU WILL NOT have the ability to enter or update you own listings.
There will be 15 minutes at the end of the presentation to answer questions.
