Brian Hennessey, SVP of Avison Young will be speaking and able to address your numerous questions, including: what responsibilities does the Commercial agent have? Brian will discuss Agent requirements, identify the liabilities, and learn the differences from residential real estate. Be sure to understand the pitfalls to avoid and much, much more!

New members or those who do not have Add/Edit capabilities - Get your certificate to Enter or Edit listings in the CRISNetMLS Matrix Platform! Learn some important pointers and basic input requirements. You will be asked at the end of the class, which will be about 1 hour to email your email information so that we may send you the form required for both you and your broker to sign and return. Without your information and without your brokers’ approval YOU WILL NOT have the ability to enter or update you own listings. There will be 15 minutes at the end of the presentation to answer questions.
