Jeff Kahn has practiced law for a number of years before entering the Real Estate profession in 1979. He has been a Real Estate Sales Manager and broker for over 30 years and has served as Chairman of numerous Real Estate committees at the local and State level. Not only has Jeff taught Contracts and Disclosure Classes at SRAR, he has chaired the Standard Forms Committee at both C.A.R. and Southland Regional Association of REALTORS®. Jeff has served on the Board of Directors, Executive and Risk Management Committees at SRAR for many years. He has been awarded the top honor of REALTOR® of the Year in 1998 and REALTOR® Associate of the Year in 1987. He has served on the task force for CAR that was responsible for creating the current Residential Purchase Agreement used by agents throughout the State of California.
We expect these classes to fill up quickly – and there will be limited attendance in both classes.
