SRAR Education Committee and YPN are proud to be hosting "The Inspection Contingency - Situational Answers to Help You Succeed" presented by Chris Griffin from La Rocca Inspections.
• Chris will be discussing examples of problems Realtors face
• Solutions to those problems
• Real examples of how he helped resolve issues to save transactions
Chris Griffin was a plumbing contractor for 18 years and began his career with LaRocca Inspections, as a general inspector 20 years ago. He obtained his general contractor’s license and co-founded Sewer line Check in 2004 because homeowners are responsible for the entire line and more.
Becoming General Manager in 2007 and partner in 2012, he was then promoted to President of LaRocca Inspections and the Check Companies in 2019.
