Lunch and Learn for Thursday, July 9, 2020 at 12:00pm will be on the topic of “Know Your Farm” presented by Billy Fairchild.
Knowing your farm area is one of the key components to creating a successful market area. On Thursday, July 9th you will be given some pointers to help you define that!
Billy Fairchild started in the title business in 2017 at First American Title serving the San Fernando Valley. In January of 2020, he made the move to Consumer's Title Company. His background before getting into title insurance was real estate advertising and marketing. Billy’s main goal for SRAR Lunch and Learn agents is to gather as much information on their farms through Consumer's Title services.

New members or those who do not have Add/Edit capabilities - Get your certificate to Enter or Edit listings in the CRISNetMLS Matrix Platform! Learn some important pointers and basic input requirements. You will be asked at the end of the class, which will be about 1 hour to email your email information so that we may send you the form required for both you and your broker to sign and return. Without your information and without your brokers’ approval YOU WILL NOT have the ability to enter or update you own listings. There will be 15 minutes at the end of the presentation to answer questions.
