This is a great opportunity to hear from an attorney on the tenant side of the fence. What are the legal rights a tenant has whether residential or commercial, is there a difference on either side? If not handled correctly by the landlord, what consequences are there for the landlord? In the light of Covid-19, what is on the horizon for new rules and regulations that benefits tenants.

New members or those who do not have Add/Edit capabilities - Get your certificate to Enter or Edit listings in the CRISNetMLS Matrix Platform! Learn some important pointers and basic input requirements.
You will be asked at the end of the class, which will be about 1 hour to email your email information so that we may send you the form required for both you and your broker to sign and return. Without your information and without your brokers’ approval YOU WILL NOT have the ability to enter or update you own listings.
There will be 15 minutes at the end of the presentation to answer questions.
