The Southland Regional Education and the YPN committee have joined resources to bring forward speakers that address issues that are pertinent to the Real Estate Industry. As part of their commitment to our membership they have reached out to a variety of speakers to help guide you through not only these trying times, but also to keep you advised in the changes that are taking place in the Real Estate community. This Thursday we have the honor to present Nancy Troxell Carnahan, BOD President 2020 as your guest speaker. She will be going over the new Clear Cooperation Policy as mandated by the National Association of REALTORS® and the updated MLS Rules changes in CRISNetMLS that have occurred as a result of this mandate.
Nancy Troxell Carnahan has been Real Estate licensed since 1990. Broker Licensed in 2011, Co-Founder of BrokerInTrust Real Estate, which is a network of vetted committed professionals who have High Standards of practice and choose not to leverage agents.
Nancy’s service to organized Real Estate began during her 6th year in Real Estate when she attended a Santa Clarita area meeting and discovered there was "organized" Real Estate.
Over the years she has served in numerous leadership positions for the Santa Clarita Division, Southland Regional Association of Realtors and as a State Director.
14 out of the last 15 years she has served as a State Director. Her State involvement started after she attended her 1st Legislative Day, in 1999.
Over the years she has continued to represent Buyers and Sellers averaging 6-10 transactions per year.
Nancy Troxell Carnahan is currently proudly serving as your Board of Directors President.
