Advance your career by taking the Transaction Coordination course- providing you with a complete and full understanding or every part of the Real Estate Transaction. Learn how the Residential Purchase Agreement lays the foundation for the transaction.
Understand how, when, & why you use the different disclosures. Identify what paperwork is required from each party.
Set timelines for contractual obligations & contingency removals.
Cover documentation required in order to submit a complete file. This class is $89.00 per person, will is very limited and advanced registration is required! Non Members are welcome to attend.
